DELIVERY
SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. You will receive an automated email from contactus@neatdude.com when your order has been confirmed. Unless noted otherwise, purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your purchase to be delivered. International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks but can sometimes take as long as 4-8 weeks. If you still have not received your purchase after these time periods notify contactus@neatdude.com.
TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All USA orders are shipped via USPS. All international orders are shipped via USPS and delivered by local USPS partners. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
